Support Schedule

Onsite: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Phone Support: Monday – Friday

Emergency Onsite Issues: Available any day, including Tuesday & Thursday

Covers scheduled onsite visits plus remote phone support between visits, for the following core services:

Printer Connectivity Support

Troubleshooting network/USB printer connections, driver installs, and shared printer setup across office devices

Desktop Support

Hardware and software troubleshooting, performance issues, updates, and general workstation maintenance

Phone Support

On-call remote support by phone for staff between scheduled onsite visits

App & Web Development Consultation

Ongoing advisory support on APAA's apps and website — planning, troubleshooting, and recommendations

Contract: Month-to-month. 30-day cancellation notice required.

Out-of-scope work (new installs, upgrades, custom builds) quoted separately in advance.

Optional Add-On Services

Available as needed, quoted or billed separately from the core monthly package:

Network Problems

Router/switch configuration, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and network security review

App Development

Custom application builds and feature additions beyond consultation

Web Hosting & Maintenance

Domain, hosting management, backups, updates, and website upkeep

General Terms & Conditions

1.All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable HST (13%).
2.Monthly retainer of $600 CAD billed at the start of each service month.
3.Add-on services (network problems, app development, web hosting & maintenance) are quoted separately upon request.
4.Contract is month-to-month with 30-day written cancellation notice.
5.This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
